Facilitation
Tammy is trained in the practice of Facilitative Leadership which focuses on building the capacity of individuals and groups to accomplish more on their own. With a balanced focus on results, relationships, and process, Tammy helps leaders and groups make connections and meaning of their ideas, inviting disclosure and feedback to surface unacknowledged or invisible beliefs, thoughts, and patterns, and provides direction without taking total control to define forward pathways. She applies this style of facilitation to a wide range of engagements such as staff retreats, communities of practice, visioning and change management processes, and workshops, trainings, and courses on a variety of organizational development topics.
